Warranties
- Manufacturer: a 50-year, non-prorated warranty against manufacturer defects, passed on to you through our standing as a Malarkey Certified Pro Contractor.
- That coverage is secured by using four Malarkey products together: Ice and Water Shield, Starter Shingles, Field Shingles and Hip/Ridge Shingles.
- Hail: Class 4 is the highest impact rating a shingle can earn (the UL 2218 test). Hail damage itself is not covered by any manufacturer's warranty; the rating tells you the shingle is built to take it.
- Installation: The Colorado Roofing Company provides a 5-year warranty against errors in installation. In Colorado weather, a poorly assembled roof shows itself within that time.
- On any roof we install, we diagnose and fix anything installation-related.
