Colorado Homeowners Trust Us

Local expertise, honest guidance, and work built to last.

There's no shortage of roofing companies, so why do homeowners choose us and keep referring us?

We do things differently.

Real Construction Knowledge

Our background is full residential homebuilding, so we see your roof as part of your entire home, not an isolated project. Roofing, ventilation, siding and structure all work together.

We Know Colorado Weather

Hail, high winds, heavy snow, intense UV. We know exactly how local conditions wear on a roof, year after year.

Honest Over Pushy

We educate homeowners. We don't pressure them. You get a straight answer from us: repair or replacement.

Quality That Performs Long-Term

A great-looking roof means nothing if it fails in year three. We ensure proper installation with proven materials and attention to detail.

A Rooted Local Company

We're not storm chasers. We live and work in the communities we serve.

Our Whole House Approach

A homeowner called me about soggy drywall in one room. It had been recommended that they replace their roof as a result.

I investigated the causes and rather than a faulty roof, traced the issue to their whole-house fan. It was moving so much air that moisture condensed on the underside of the roof deck in the attic and ran down inside the walls.

Additionally, the same airflow was pushing attic air back into the house through the light fixtures in the bedrooms. This airflow carried mold and other pollutants with it and was causing their child to have a chronic cough.

The airflow was the issue, not the roof. Call it a "whole house doctor" approach if you like. Find the cause, then fix it. That is what my building experience background brings to your project.
